Dow Italy named “Best Employer" in Italy’s Great Place to Work® 2016 Competition

The Company's culture, which focuses on innovation and development of human capital, has enabled Dow to achieve the first place in the 2016 benchmark study that awards the best professional working environments in Italy.

Milan, Italy - February 29, 2016 - Dow Italy has been named “Best Employer" in the 2016 benchmark study of the Great Place to Work® Institute – an international research, consultancy and training firm – ranking first in the “Large Companies” category as one of the best organizations to work for in Italy.

The Great Place to Work® Institute's benchmark study surveyed employees from 98 Italian companies defined as “Large Companies” (with more than 500 employees) and included a ‘Culture Audit' questionnaire to assess the system of values, programs and practices of organizations.

Dow Italy, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, has been present in Italy since 1960.
