Dow Italy named “Best Employer" in Italy’s Great Place to Work® 2016 Competition

The Great Place to Work® Institute's benchmark study surveyed employees from 98 Italian companies defined as “Large Companies” (with more than 500 employees) and included a ‘Culture Audit' questionnaire to assess the system of values, programs and practices of organizations.

Dow Italy, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, has been present in Italy since 1960. With diversified business activities that combine science and technology, Dow Italy produces or commercializes plastic materials, basic and specialty chemicals and agrochemicals.
